Calendar for On-line Night School 2011-2012 - Semester 2

Registration: Monday, January 9 to Friday, February 3, 2012 (noon)

Orientation:  Tuesday, February 7 - no new registration taken at orientation

  • On-line Orientation is at John Fraser Secondary School for all online courses. 
  • All on-line student are expected to attend the orientation.
  • Class lists will be posted in the lobby.  Students must look for their name and course section code, i.e. P, Q, R or S.
  • Orientation is a two part process.  Students will meet the teacher in a classroom and then test their logins in a computer lab.
  • The orientation schedule will be posted in the lobby.

NOTE: If you are registered in an Online course and miss the orientation session it is your responsibility to contact Continuing Education at 905-890-1010, ext. 6613 no later than Wednesday, February 15, 2012 to receive your logins.  After that date any remaining logins will be deactivated.

The updated On-line Student Handbook will be available on Tuesday, February 7, 2012. Please review the handbook prior to beginning classes on February 8, 2012. 

Night School On-line Technical Support Helpline

If you experience technical difficulties please call the Night School On-line Technical Support Helpline at 905-890-1010, ext. 6688 (do not call the Continuing Education reception).  Messages will be checked on a regular basis but not every day.

Classes Begin for full credit and 1/2 credit session 1:  Wednesday, February 8

Classes begin for 1/2 credit session 2:  Wednesday, April 4

Full Disclosure:  Wednesday, April 11

Last day to drop a course without full disclosure is Monday, April 11

Classes end:  Wednesday, May 23

Last day of classes for full credit and Session 2, exam review, pick up report cards
