How is the program organized?
Registration takes place in September and January/February. No classes are scheduled for holidays or school vacations. Classes operate on Monday and Wednesday evenings until the end of December for semester one and from February to May for semester two. Classes are scheduled to operate for 3.5 hours each evening. All classes are scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm and run until 10:00 pm.
How do students register?
a. Registration for Peel District School Board students
Peel day school students require the approval of their home school to register for a night school course. Your counsellor must complete the registration by noon on February 7, 2008. Courses with insufficient enrolment are cancelled.
b. Registration for Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board day students
Students may register through a counsellor at their home school. Forms must be faxed by your counsellor to Continuing Education by noon on February 7, 2008. For late registration, you must bring a transcript and authorized registration form in-person to the night school site where the course is being offered on the evening of February 6, 2008 between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm. Please check with your guidance counsellor for the date for late registration.
c. Registration for all other day students and adults
Registration is in-person only at the Adult Education Centre South, 100 Elm Drive, Room 116, Mississauga. Registration is from January 8, 2008 to February 7, 2008 between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We will be offering extended hours on Thursdays only until 5:30 pm. Late Evening Registration is at the night school site where the course is being offered on February 6, 2008 between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm. Please check the calendar for dates and times. All day school students must bring an authorized registration form and transcript.
Note: There will be no registration on the first night of night school classes. There will be a final registration for the limited space available on Thursday, February 14, 2008 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the location offering the course.
The Peel District School Board offers secondary school credit courses after regular day school hours, for approved students, at three locations:

General information for online students
- Students may only take one night school credit whether online or in class.
- Registration takes place in early September and January/February for all courses.
- Courses with insufficient enrolment will be cancelled.
- Online orientation takes place on the first night of the course session. Students are expected to attend the orientation. Information is available on con-ed-online. If they cannot attend, they are required to follow the process as outlined on con-ed-online so they can begin the course on the orientation night.
