Who can join?

Literacy and Basic Skills and the non-credit academic upgrading programs provide classes to:

• English speaking adults over 19 years of age
• Adults with English as a Second Language whose listening/speaking skills have been measured as a Level 6, based on the Canadian Language Benchmark Assessment
• People who are younger than 19 years of age but who have been out of school for one year.
